Ubiquiti AI Multi Sensor 4 (UVC-AI-MS-4-B) is an advanced surveillance camera designed to simultaneously monitor large spaces. Inside the housing are four independent image sensors with a resolution of 8MP each (for a total resolution of 32MP). The main advantage of this solution is the ability to individually adjust each of the four lenses. This allows one camera to simultaneously monitor a wide area in front of the building, and using the built-in 2.33x optical zoom, focus a single frame directly on the entrance gate. Each lens has an adjustable focal length of 3.18–7.42 mm (ƒ/1.8–ƒ/2.8), which translates to a field of view ranging from 108.8° (wide-angle) to 42.8° (narrow-angle). To improve visibility after dark, the device is equipped with 16 adaptive infrared LEDs arranged around the lenses. They provide uniform night vision up to 20 meters in a 360-degree radius. Additionally, the image from all four sensors is continuously analyzed in real time by a built-in artificial intelligence processor. This allows for automatic license plate reading, facial recognition, and the differentiation between moving people, vehicles, and animals. The system also allows for image personalization: it supports HDR mode, multi-level noise reduction (2DNR, 3DNR, NR by motion), manual exposure control, as well as privacy masking and text overlays.
The camera is designed for use in harsh weather conditions. The black aluminum housing (also available in white) weighs 2.4 kg and is IP66-rated and highly vandal-resistant (IK10). Inside, the device features additional expansion slots: two MicroSD card slots and one M.2 2280 SATA SSD port. Due to the high power demand (maximum power consumption is 34.6W), the camera must be connected to a switch supporting the PoE++ power supply standard. Data transfer and power are provided via the built-in gigabit network port (GbE RJ45).
