MikroTik SXTsq Embedded LTE4 (EC25-EU&SXTsq)is a cost-effective router designed for outdoor installation. The device has an integrated 2x2 MIMO directional antenna with a gain of 9 dBi, which significantly improves signal stability from operator towers. This device is designed for locations without cable internet access – it's perfect for rural areas, recreational plots, or construction sites. The compact housing meets IP67 waterproofing standards, ensuring reliable operation in harsh weather conditions.
The device features integrated eSIM technology. This feature allows you to remotely add and switch tariff plans without having to physically insert the card, which is useful for installations in hard-to-reach places. The manufacturer also includes a classic slot for a physical Nano SIM card. Smooth operation is ensured by a 32-bit ARM Cortex A7 processor (clocked up to 1.2 GHz) paired with 256 MB of DDR RAM and 512 MB of internal NAND flash.
The router runs the RouterOS v7 operating system (with a Level 3 license). This gives administrators access to professional tools such as advanced routing, a firewall, and VPN tunnel configuration. The built-in Category 4 LTE modem offers download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps. A single cable connects to the local network and powers the device, thanks to a gigabit Ethernet port with PoE-in support (12-57V). The device is extremely energy-efficient and consumes a maximum of 5 W of power.
