The Ubiquiti Pro Max 48 is a 48-port L3 switch. It features 32 1GbE RJ45 ports, 16 2.5GbE RJ45 ports, and four 10G SFP+ slots. It features advanced routing features, Pro AV profiles, and power redundancy (USP RPS connector). It delivers a combined non-blocking throughput of 112 Gbps and a switching capacity of 224 Gbps.

Ubiquiti Pro Max 48 (USW-Pro-Max-48) is a Layer 3 switch designed for mounting in 19" server racks (1U rackmount form factor). The device delivers a total non-blocking throughput of 112 Gbps, a switching capacity of 224 Gbps, and a packet forwarding rate of 167 Mpps. It features an integrated 1.3-inch LCM touchscreen and supports the Etherlighting™ visual port identification system (supported on Ethernet and SFP+ interfaces).
The device is equipped with 32 standard Gigabit ports (1 GbE RJ45), 16 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports, and 4 10G SFP+ uplink slots. The maximum power consumption of the entire device is 100W. Power is supplied via an internal 100W AC/DC power supply (100–240V AC input). Additionally, the switch supports hardware power redundancy thanks to a dedicated DC input (USP RPS DC input).
The system software provides a comprehensive Layer 3 management suite, including static routing, inter-VLAN routing, and a built-in DHCP server and relay. The switch is optimized for multimedia streaming with dedicated Pro AV profiles (Play, Dante, Q-SYS, NDI, SDVoE, Shure, AES67, Crestron). It also supports link aggregation (LACP), device isolation, advanced QoS rules (DSCP), and IGMP snooping. The unit is designed to operate at temperatures from -5 to 40°C, and full feature support requires the UniFi Network application version 8.0.24 or later.
