Ubiquiti G6 Dome – 4K Dome Camera with AI Analytics
The Ubiquiti G6 Dome (UVC-G6-Dome-B) is a 4K dome camera with the highest mechanical protection standard (IK10), suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The device is equipped with a large, 8-megapixel 1/1.8" image sensor, which allows for recording at a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels at 30 frames per second. The fixed-focus lens provides a wide field of view (nearly 110° horizontally). HDR (wide dynamic range) and 2D/3D digital noise reduction ensure high-quality recordings in variable lighting conditions. Nighttime monitoring is supported by an integrated infrared illuminator with a range of up to 30 meters and an automatic mechanical IR-cut filter.
A special feature of this model is advanced image processing performed directly on the device (Edge AI). The camera utilizes a powerful, quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor. This allows the G6 Dome to offer intelligent object detection and classification (people, vehicles, animals) as well as precise facial and license plate recognition. These processes are performed locally, eliminating the need to transmit information to an external cloud. Computing.
The device's housing is made of aluminum and meets the IP66 sealing standard, ensuring complete protection against dust and precipitation. The device also features a built-in microphone for capturing ambient sound.
The camera's installation is simplified thanks to PoE (802.3af) support, which allows for power and data transmission (via a 10/100 Mb/s port) via a single Ethernet cable. Brackets for wall and ceiling mounting are included. The system can be expanded with optional accessories, such as junction box adapters, dual-mount brackets, suspended ceiling installation kits, and rain covers.
