Ubiquiti G4 Dome – Wide Field of View Camera

The Ubiquiti G4 Dome (UVC-G4-Dome) is a PoE-powered camera designed specifically for ceiling mounting and surveillance of large areas. The device is equipped with a 5MP CMOS sensor that records images in 2K resolution (4MP, 2688 x 1512 pixels in 16:9 format) at 24 fps. The fixed-focus lens provides a very wide field of view (102.4° horizontally and as much as 134.3° diagonally), allowing for monitoring large spaces. Night vision is ensured by a built-in light sensor, a mechanical infrared cut filter (ICR), and an IR illuminator with a range of up to 9 meters.

Thanks to the use of a powerful quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor, the camera supports intelligent detection systems, recognizing people, vehicles, and animals in the frame. The device also offers basic image correction settings (including brightness, contrast, saturation, and noise reduction) and built-in two-way audio, allowing for convenient interaction with the monitored environment.

The compact 109.2 x 64.5 mm housing combines aluminum alloy and polycarbonate, while the optics are protected by a specially hardened dome. The camera is resistant to mechanical damage to an IK08 level and has an IPX4 ingress protection rating. It connects to the network via a fast, gigabit Ethernet port (GbE RJ45). The device is powered by PoE (44–57V DC) and draws a maximum of 5W of power. The set includes accessories necessary for wall and ceiling mounting.
