Mikrotik NetBox 5 ax is an updated version of the popular NetBox 5 platform. The manufacturer replaced the previous radio module with a new WiFi 6 (802.11ax) compatible chip that can support up to 128 concurent clients.

The weather-resistant housing contains a modern ARM Qualcomm Maple CPU, 256MB RAM, a USB port (can be used, for example, to connect an external hard drive) and a 1Gb/s Ethernet port with the PoE-in (Passive-PoE) function.

The NetBox 5 ax radio is a high performance QCN-6102 2x2 MIMO 5GHz module compatible with WiFi 6. In this model, MikroTik gave up the built-in antennas in favor of two SMA connectors. Thanks to this, depending on our needs, we can connect omnidirectional external antennas - e.g. HGO -antenna-out - or a highly directional antenna with high gain (such as mANT30 PA) for long-distance point-to-point wireless links.

L11UG-5HaxD-NB can be easily mounted on a mast or pole using the included accessories or use a DIN rail holder.
