Ubiquiti UVC AI Turret Black
UVC-AI-Turret-B, an outdoor turret camera, records 4K (8 MP) video at up to 30 FPS, offering a horizontal field of view of approximately 110°. The Ubiquiti UVC AI Turret is equipped with infrared LEDs with a range of up to 40 m and an integrated LED floodlight, enabling detailed night surveillance, including in color mode. The UVC-AI-Turret-B is powered via PoE+ and features a durable, sealed IP66-rated housing with IK08 impact resistance. Product Description
Ubiquiti UVC AI Turret is a high-resolution camera designed for 24/7 monitoring in both indoor and outdoor environments. The unit features a sealed housing made of cast aluminum and polycarbonate with IP66 protection, resistant to adverse weather conditions and mechanical impact (IK08). The camera operates in a wide temperature range from –30 °C to 50 °C. The included mounting bracket allows installation on ceilings or walls, while optional accessories provide additional flexibility such as arm mounts, pendant mounts, or junction boxes, depending on the installation requirements.
The AI Turret is equipped with a 1/1.8" image sensor with 8 MP resolution, enabling video recording in 4K UHD (3840×2160) at 30 FPS. Its wide-angle fixed lens provides a horizontal field of view of ~110°, allowing coverage of large areas with high detail. The turret form factor allows manual adjustment of the viewing direction during installation, simplifying optimal scene alignment.
The UVC AI Turret ensures effective nighttime monitoring with its dual illumination system. Built-in infrared LEDs provide IR illumination for up to 40 m in complete darkness (black-and-white mode). Additionally, the integrated white LED floodlight (~400 lm) enables color surveillance at night and can also serve as a deterrent against intruders. The day/night ICR (infrared cut filter) automatically adjusts the camera to lighting conditions, ensuring accurate color reproduction during the day and high sensitivity at night.
The AI Turret is powered by a quad-core ARM processor with a dedicated AI module, enabling advanced video analytics at the edge. The camera can automatically detect people, vehicles, and animals, as well as recognize faces and read vehicle license plates. It is also equipped with long-range microphones and a speaker, enabling two-way audio communication. Users can listen to environmental sounds around the camera and broadcast voice messages via the UniFi Protect application. Built-in noise reduction improves the clarity of audio recordings and communication.
The Ubiquiti AI Turret features a single Gigabit RJ45 Ethernet port, providing both data transmission and PoE+ power (IEEE 802.3at compliant). The maximum power consumption is 20 W, allowing operation with a standard PoE+ switch or a dedicated PoE injector. The device is fully integrated with the Ubiquiti UniFi Protect platform for centralized video management. The AI Turret requires a UniFi Protect-enabled recorder (e.g., UniFi NVR, UniFi Dream Machine Pro, or Cloud Key Gen2+).
Configuration, live view, and playback are accessible through the UniFi Protect web interface or mobile application.
