Ubiquiti UNAS 4 is a more advanced NAS server from Ubiquiti, designed for users requiring larger storage capacity and therefore equipped with a greater number of drive bays. UNAS 4 supports four 2.5″ or 3.5″ SATA drives and two M.2 NVMe drives for cache acceleration. The device allows flexible storage configurations, including RAID arrays or the use of NVMe drives as cache to speed up read and write operations.

The UNAS-4-B features 1 × RJ45 2.5 GbE 10/100/1000/2500 Mb/s port and 1 × USB-C port with 5 Gb/s throughput for connecting external storage devices. Power is supplied via PoE+++; a 90 W PoE+++ adapter is included in the package. The maximum power consumption of the device is up to 90 W.

The front panel of the unit includes a 1.47″ color LCM display that provides system information and allows basic navigation without logging into the web interface. A built-in LED indicates system status. Configuration of the Ubiquiti UNAS 4 is also possible through the mobile app via Bluetooth 4.1.

The NAS server is powered by a quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 processor running at 1.7 GHz, paired with 4 GB of RAM. The device is managed via the UniFi Drive platform within the UniFi OS, enabling full integration with the UniFi ecosystem.
