The UniFi Cloud Gateway Fiber is a high-performance 10G network gateway that combines the capabilities of a router, PoE switch, and optional NVR storage into a compact desktop unit. It runs on the UniFi OS platform, allowing you to centrally manage your network, video surveillance (UniFi Protect), and other UniFi systems from a single interface. A powerful quad-core 2.2 GHz processor and 3 GB of RAM deliver routing performance comparable to enterprise rack-mounted solutions (equivalent to a UniFi Dream Machine Pro), enabling support for over 50 UniFi devices and 500 clients.

The Cloud Gateway Fiber features dual 10G WAN ports (1 × SFP+ and 1 × RJ45) to accommodate ultra-fast fiber and Ethernet internet connections with link aggregation or automatic failover support. Additionally, a dedicated 10G SFP+ LAN port provides a 10 Gbps uplink for your local network – perfect for connecting to a core switch or high-speed server. The built-in 4-port 2.5 GbE switch (including one PoE+ port with a 30 W budget) allows you to directly connect and power UniFi access points, IP cameras, or other devices. With an M.2 NVMe slot supporting up to a 2 TB SSD (optional), the UCG-Fiber can function as a video recorder (NVR) for UniFi Protect, storing camera footage locally. Advanced security features such as a next-generation firewall with IDS/IPS and VPN support ensure your network is fully protected while maintaining throughput up to 5 Gbps with threat management enabled.
