The Ubiquiti 12U Rack Cabinet Swing is a two-section 19-inch wall-mounted cabinet with a load capacity of up to 80 kg. It has a perforated front door and a swing-out rear cover. The cabinet is equipped with adjustable rails (434–559 mm), security locks, numerous cable entries, and two built-in 120 mm AC fans.

Ubiquiti 12U Rack Cabinet Swing (UACC-Rack-12U-Wall-SW-P) is a wall-mounted, two-section rack cabinet designed for mounting and organizing network infrastructure. The design is based on a 4-post frame (square holes) made of 2mm SPCC steel, while the main structure and side panels are 1.2mm thick. The entire unit is finished with a white powder coat. The maximum load capacity is 80kg, allowing for the safe installation of heavier switches, UPSs, or IP surveillance recorders. The two-section design with a swing-out rear section provides users with direct access to cabling and rear device ports without the need to disassemble them. The cabinet is shipped fully assembled.
Two integrated 120 mm AC fans provide airflow, generating noise levels of up to 50 dB(A). A perforated, lockable front door further enhances passive cooling of hot equipment. Two solid, removable panels are located on the sides. Access to the equipment is secured by independent locks on the front door, swing-out module, and side panels. Cable entry is facilitated by a system of cable entries located in the rear wall and in the top and bottom panels (complete with knock-out blanking plates). The internal mounting rails have adjustable mounting depths from the default 434 mm to a maximum of 559 mm (in 25 mm increments).
