Ubiquiti OS2 MPO-12 APC Fiber Patch Cable is a fiber optic patch cable made with OS2 single-mode fiber and terminated with MPO-12 Type B APC connectors on both ends. The cable is designed for 100G fiber optic connections, making it suitable for short-distance links between compatible modules, switches, and infrastructure components in network cabinets and data centers.

The cable operates at wavelengths of 1310 and 1550 nm. Maximum insertion loss is 0.6 dB, while return loss is at least 20 dB. Connection repeatability is rated at no more than 0.1 dB. The manufacturer also specifies connector durability with an attenuation change not exceeding 0.2 dB after 1000 mating cycles.

The cable jacket has a diameter of 3 mm and is made of LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material, which limits the emission of smoke and halogen compounds when exposed to high temperatures. The cable features a yellow jacket and is intended for indoor installations. The ambient operating temperature range is -40 to 75°C.

The patch cable is available in lengths of 0.5 / 1 / 3 / 5 and 10 m. All variants use the same OS2 fiber construction and MPO-12 Type B APC connectors. The 0.5 / 1 and 3 m versions are also available in 10-packs.
