Ubiquiti Magnetic Lock 540 kg (UACC-Lock-Magnetic-540kg) is a fail-safe electromagnetic lock (the lock opens in the event of a power failure, allowing it to be used, for example, in emergency exit routes) designed for UniFi Access control systems. The model provides a holding force of up to 540 kg and can be used with single wooden or metal doors opening inward or outward. The lock works with , , , , and controllers.
The device is powered by 12 V DC ±10% and draws 500 mA ±10%. The built-in DPS door position sensor enables door status information to be transmitted to the access control system. The LED indicator shows the lock status – red indicates that the door is locked, while green indicates that it is unlocked.
The lock is made of aluminum, while the armature is made of steel. For outward-opening doors, an L bracket can be used for doors less than 42 mm thick, while inward-opening doors use a Z bracket together with an L bracket. The lock complies with NDAA requirements.
Note: The lock should not be used on fully glazed doors.
