MikroTik netPower Lite 8P – CSS610-8P-2S+OUT

The MikroTik netPower Lite 8P (CSS610-8P-2S+OUT) is a compact, manageable PoE switch designed for outdoor deployments. It features 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbps) with PoE-Out support compliant with 802.3af/at standards and 2 SFP+ slots (10 Gbps) for high-speed fiber uplinks. The device runs the SwOS Lite operating system, offering essential switch management functions via a web interface.

netPower Lite 8P includes a built-in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) function with an intelligent charger, allowing continuous operation of connected PoE devices in the event of a power outage. It supports power input from 24–57 V DC via DC jack or 2-pin terminal, as well as external 24 V batteries (e.g., 2 × 12 V in series) for backup. When operating on limited power (e.g., from battery), the device prioritizes PoE output by automatically reducing battery charging to maintain PoE operation.

The enclosure is designed for outdoor use, offering IP54 protection and a wide operating temperature range from −40 °C to +70 °C. Passive cooling without fans increases reliability in harsh environments. Integrated monitoring features include a temperature sensor and voltage/current monitors.
