OPTIX Optical Fiber Cable LSZH ZW-NOTKtsd 1.2kN RELL
OPTIX LSZH ZW-NOTKtsd cable: a lightweight multi-tube construction, great flexibility and durability against dragging, a central strengthening element (FRP rod), gel and a water blocking construction (WB), moisture absorbing yarns (WSY) and anti-humidity tape fully dielectric, black LSZH coating - UV radation resistant, temperature range between -40°C and +70°C - equivalent to ZW-NOTKtsd. Maximum installation tension: 1200N.
All fibres and tubes of the cable are colour coded according to the "EIA/TIA-598" standard. Each tube containing up to 12 fibres (up to 24 for the 288J) is filed with hydrophobic gel which protect them against moisture and vibration. The core of the cable is safeguarded against water penetration by moisture absorbing yarns and anti-humidity tape. The cables tubes as well as filler elements are twisted along the central strengthening element - the FRP rod. Two threads molten into the coating (ripcords) ease the removal of the cables outer layer. The use of a non-flammable, non-halogen outer shell provides resistance to flame spreading. The cables can be used both inside, as well as outside of buildings, or building constructions. The are meant for installation in closed areas, tunnels, in tele-technical primary and secondary canalisation by pneumatic (cable blowing) and mechanical (cable pulling) means.
