Ubiquiti G5 Flex (UVC-G5-Flex) is a compact and easy-to-install IP camera designed for indoor and outdoor surveillance. Thanks to its versatile mounting options, the device is an ideal choice for monitoring systems in smart homes, small and medium-sized offices, and retail or service spaces. The camera captures video in 2K HD resolution (4MP, 2688 x 1512 pixels in a 16:9 aspect ratio at 30 frames per second). It utilizes a 5MP CMOS sensor and a fixed focal length lens that delivers a 120.6° diagonal field of view. Equipped with a built-in IR LED and a mechanical IR cut filter, the camera provides clear night vision at distances up to 6 meters. The system also supports hardware-based object detection, enabling the recognition of people, vehicles, and animals.

The camera is powered by a dual-core processor based on the Arm Cortex-A7 architecture. Network connectivity and PoE power are provided via an integrated Fast Ethernet (10/100 MbE RJ45) port. The camera is highly energy-efficient, with a maximum power consumption of just 4 W. Image settings allow for advanced video adjustments (including color, brightness, contrast), noise reduction (2DNR, 3DNR, motion-based NR), and privacy masking. The device also features an integrated microphone for recording ambient audio.

The enclosure, measuring ⌀48 x 107.5 mm and weighing 170 g, is made of durable polycarbonate. The housing offers IK04 mechanical impact resistance and basic IPX4 weather resistance (installation under an overhang or shelter is required). The camera is rated for operating temperatures from -20°C to 40°C. Accessories for desktop, wall, ceiling, and pole mounting (25–38 mm diameter) are included in the box. The system can be optionally expanded with recessed ceiling, pendant, or Pro mount accessories.
