Ubiquiti UniFi Travel Router Long-Range – Portable Router with Extended Range
Ubiquiti UniFi Travel Router Long-Range (UTR-LR) is a portable travel router designed for remote workers, frequent travelers, and users in locations with limited network infrastructure, such as hotels, apartments, or camper vans. The device allows you to securely extend your home or corporate UniFi network anywhere in the world. The Long-Range version features an integrated, foldable antenna that significantly improves wireless signal reception and increases communication range in challenging environments.
The router operates on the WiFi 5 (802.11ac, 2x2 MIMO) standard. It offers throughput of up to 866.7 Mbps on the 5 GHz band (with a maximum transmit power of 23 dBm) and up to 300 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band (at 20 dBm). The device is equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) ports. The hardware supports three internet connection (WAN) modes: wireless (WiFi as WAN), wired (Ethernet), and mobile sharing from smartphone devices (iOS and Android) via USB tethering.
