UniFi AI Horn Speaker is an outdoor-rated horn speaker designed for security applications, delivering loud announcements (up to 120 dB) to deter intruders or broadcast messages across wide areas. It operates over a single Ethernet cable using PoE+ for both power and data transmission, simplifying installation. The IP66-rated enclosure provides protection against dust, rain, and other environmental factors, ensuring year-round outdoor operation.
The AI Horn Speaker enhances the UniFi Protect system by enabling active audio responses to security events. It supports both pre-recorded message playback and real-time text-to-speech announcements, allowing automated warning broadcasts when an intrusion or other event is detected.
Administrators can also make live voice announcements through the UniFi Protect application, providing immediate interaction with individuals on the premises when necessary.
