Ubiquiti 100G Direct Attach Cable (UACC-DAC-QSFP28-0.5M) is a high-performance, copper DAC (Direct Attach Cable) cable, 0.5 meters long, terminated with QSFP28 connectors on both ends. The cable is designed for very high-bandwidth connections, offering a maximum transmission speed of 100 Gbps. This solution provides flexibility in network configuration, also supporting lower speeds (40 Gbps) and maintaining compatibility with QSFP28 and older QSFP+ interfaces.
The cable has a black PVC jacket with an outer diameter of 7 mm and a minimum bend radius of 37 mm, which facilitates cable laying without the risk of damage. The cable is an alternative to optical modules for very short distance connections (e.g., between adjacent devices in a rack).
