TP-Link EAP615-WALL is an access point operating at 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies, in accordance with Wi-Fi 6 standards - IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax (2.4 GHz) and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac /ax (5 GHz). The maximum theoretical throughput is 1800 Mb/s - 1201 Mb/s in 5 GHz and 574 Mb/s in 2.4 GHz. EAP615-Wall is suitable for "in-wall" mounting - it can be mounted on a standard, flush-mounted electrical box. It is equipped with 4 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s), including 1 WAN port and 3 LAN ports located on the back of the housing. EAP615-WALL need to be powered via PoE in the IEEE 802.3af/at standard. The EAP615-Wall has a PoE output (passthrough) on one of the ports, the maximum output power is 13 W. From passive PoE output can also powered another device, e.g. a VoIP phone, via EAP615-WALL.
The EAP615-Wall works under the control of the Omada system and can operate in a large network composed of many access points. Management is centralized, the software provides access from the program, physical controller or cloud.
