MikroTik S+31DLC10D is a reliable SFP+ optical module designed for establishing 10 Gb/s connections. The adapter is designed to work with single-mode fibers over distances up to 10 kilometers. The device uses the commonly used 1310 nm wavelength and is equipped with a dual-LC (Dual-LC) connector, enabling full-duplex data transmission. Thanks to its parameters, the module is ideal for backbone connections, campus networks, industrial installations, and Internet Service Provider (ISP) infrastructure.

The new model provides all the key features known from the popular XS+31LC10D insert, but is offered at almost half the price. This makes it an excellent, budget-friendly choice for customers expanding 10G networks who do not require support for the 25G (SFP28) standard. The cartridge features a built-in digital diagnostics function (DDM), which allows for real-time monitoring of operating parameters such as optical power, voltage, temperature, and laser bias current. These features help detect irregularities and exceedances of configurable operating limits. Access to this information facilitates informed decision-making, expansion planning, and maintenance scheduling based on real-world performance data.
