The MikroTik cAP ac (RBcAPGi-5acD2nD) is an indoor, wall or ceiling mount, dual band WiFi access point. The 5 GHz radio operates at 802.11ac while the 2.4 GHz radio is 802.11n. The device supports 802.3af/at PoE.

MikroTIk cAP ac is an efficient, dual-band WiFi access point. The device operates in two frequency ranges - 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz. The device is designed for wall or ceiling mounting (plasterboard and solid fillings). The set includes all mounting hardware.
RBcAPGi-5acD2nD is powered by PoE - we can choose the 802.3af/at standard, which is usually found in PoE switches, or passive PoE (power supply and PoE adapter included). In addition, the Ethernet port marked as auxiliary can power an additional device using PoE (e.g. an IP camera).
Both radio modules are connected to integrated omnidirectional (360°) 2x2 MIMO antennas. In the 5 GHz band, cAP ac operates in the 802.11ac standard and offers throughput up to 867 Mb/s. In the 2.4 GHz band we have 802.11n and 300 Mb/s throughput.
