MikroTik HS-85DLC05D is a fiber optic SFP module that supports connections at speeds of 1 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps. The module is the successor to the popular S-85DLC05D model, with a higher throughput level (2.5G), allowing you to launch network modernization without having to replace cabling. The module requires operation with multimode units (Multi-Mode) at distances up to 550 meters, an 850 nm wavelength switch, and a standard dual-duplex LC interface. A digital device (DDM) is required to monitor key operating parameters such as optical power, temperature, or laser bias current. Information on link parameter detection, early detection of anomalies, and facilitating maintenance monitoring.
