Mikrotik cAP LTE12 ax provides reliable wireless connectivity in busy business environments, it is both powerful and discreet. The cAPGi-5HaxD2HaxD&EG12-EA is up to the challenge of busy, high-traffic areas. It will provide fast, reliable mobile internet with incredible Wi-Fi 6 coverage.
In busy, high-traffic spaces, traditional access points can encounter numerous obstacles, but thanks to its ceiling-mounted design, the cAPGi-5HaxD2HaxD&EG12-EA has a dual-band radio that can operate simultaneously in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, supporting the latest 802.11ax standard and older. The built-in antenna provides strong 360-degree coverage around the device, so you don't have to worry so much about placement. Placing it on the ceiling eliminates many signal absorption problems, such as signal blocking by large TVs, metal walls of cabinets in open-plan offices, etc.
With Wi-Fi 6, you can fully utilize the potential of the fast LTE CAT12 600 Mbps modem. Compared to previous generations, we are dealing with up to 40% faster speeds on the 5 GHz band and up to 90% faster speeds on the 2.4 GHz band. In addition, Wi-Fi 6 offers much better power efficiency and security. OWE/WPA3-PSK/WPA3-EAP encryption and management frame protection help prevent all kinds of attacks, such as brute-forcing and deauthentication attacks.
LTE cat. 12 supports bands: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41 and supports carrier aggregation.
The cAPGi-5HaxD2HaxD&EG12-EA access point is equipped with 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports (PoE-in and PoE-out), as well as a modern quad-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz, 128MB NAND memory and 1GB RAM. Enough to fully exploit the potential of the RouterOS v7 network software. Complex firewall rules, IPsec hardware encryption, Wireguard, BGP, advanced routing or multiple VPN tunnels for remote work - cAP LTE12 ax can do it all. Compared to previous models, cAP LTE12 ax offers many improved authentication types: OWE, WPA3-PSK, WPA3-EAP and 802.11r roaming.
