TEM2010F obsługuje trzy tryby przełączania:

Tryb standardowy: domyślny tryb przełącznika. Pracuje w nim jako niezarządzany switch. Wszystkie porty mogą się ze sobą komunikować niezależnie.
Tryb VLAN: W tym trybie porty 1-8 są od siebie odizolowane, ale mogą się komunikować z portem 9 i SFP1. Tryb pomaga wydzielić transmisję DHCP i zmniejszyć burze broadcastowe.
Tryb statyczna agregacja (dedykowany tryb NAS): Grupa 1: porty 7-8, grupa 2: porty 9-10. Dla urządzenia NAS z dwoma portami 2,5G, do 5 Gb/s.
