TP-Link Deco M4 is an access point designed for use in the TP-Link Mesh network. It can operate simultaneously in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, supports the IEEE 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz) and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac (5 GHz) standards. It is equipped with two gigabit Ethernet ports, both of which can work as WAN or LAN. The maximum theoretical throughput of a wireless connection (according to the manufacturer) is 300 Mb/s in the 2.4 GHz band and 867 Mb/s in the 5 GHz band. The access point has 2 built-in, dual-band omnidirectional antennas. Additional advantages that improve the quality of wireless transmission include MU-MIMO technology, which allows for simultaneous sending and receiving of data from many devices, and beamforming - shaping the beam to direct signal transmission. TP-Link Mesh is a network in which each of the connected access points communicates with each other. The devices provide good coverage of large areas, just install them in the most important places in your home or office. They use adaptive routing technology - they dynamically select the best route and bandwidth for data transfer. They also provide seamless roaming, so you shouldn't experience any loss of connection quality when moving from one access point to another. Configuration is simple, intuitive, using the Deco application available for mobile devices. The access point is powered by a DC socket - 12 V / 1.2 A. The power supply is included in the set.
