Ubiquiti G4 Doorbell Pro (UVC-G4 Doorbell Pro-EU) Pro is a video intercom system that belongs to the UniFi Protect ecosystem, designed for entrance monitoring and access control. The device is equipped with two cameras managed by a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor. The main camera (5MP CMOS sensor) offers a wide field of view (138° horizontal) and is used for identifying people, while the additional, downward-facing camera with an 8MP CMOS sensor is designed for monitoring packages left at doors, for example. Both cameras record at 1600x1200 resolution (4:3 aspect ratio) at 30 frames per second, supporting night vision using IR illuminators and a mechanical infrared cut filter with a range of up to 6 meters.

The video intercom features artificial intelligence that enables object detection, distinguishing between people, vehicles, and animals. Voice communication is achieved via a two-way intercom with noise reduction, while the integrated display and NFC reader enable contactless entry authorization using cards or key fobs. The device natively uses Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 5.0 to connect to the network. To ensure maximum transmission stability, an optional adapter (UACC-Adapter-DBPOE) can be used to establish a Gigabit Ethernet cable connection.

The intercom's construction combines polycarbonate with aluminum alloy, offering an IPX4 splash-proof rating. The device supports a variable voltage range of 16-24V AC (the EU version includes a 230V to 16V transformer) or a constant 5V DC power supply via the USB-C port. Installation is simplified by the included angle adapter (20° wedge), allowing for focusing the lenses on the entrance zone.
